We specialise in producing the shapes and letters as required by sign makers and plastic frabricators for
their current projects.

Our laser cutting machines are able to cut any given shape from simple alpha-numeric characters to the
most complex logo at a lower cost and better quality finish than traditional routers. Lasers exert no force on
the material being cut, allowing finer and thinner sections to be produced.

The most common materials we cut are acrylics and MDF, although most other non-metalic materials such
as polycarbonate, ABS, coreflute and plywood can be cut.

Our machines are able to cut parts as small as 10mm x 10mm and as large as 2400mm x 1200mm and
thicknesses generally from 1mm to 30mm.

Our specialty is in 1-off parts for sign makers, with optional hi-performance adhesive-backing and alignment
templates for quick and accurate mounting.
